Plain-English summary

The short version.

Agent Memory is designed to keep your selected folders, notes, profile guidance, embeddings, and skills configuration on your own computer. You choose what to index. The local API should remain bound to 127.0.0.1. Connected assistants are your responsibility, especially if they send snippets to a hosted AI provider.

A $199 USD plus applicable taxes lifetime licence covers the installed launch product for one named user unless a written agreement says otherwise, and includes one year of bug and security fixes from initial purchase. The optional $10 USD / month Updates Pass adds new official skills, feature updates, compatibility improvements, refreshed model picks and community membership while active. Enterprise deployment, resale, bundling, hosted use, managed services, or white-label use needs a written agreement with so.design.
